Installing SSL

Last Updated: Dec 09, 2017 05:53PM EST
Login to accounts.cartika.com > navigate to SSL certificates > select the cert you want to configure.
You need to give it your CSR cert. If you don't have your CSR and RSA key, you can generate new ones in hsphere.
Make sure you have both your CSR and RSA key saved for any time you want to renew your SSL.

To generate a new CSR and RSA key, login to hsphere > web options.
Where you see SSL disable it if it's enabled. Then re-enable it and you'll be given three certs.
Copy these to a text file and keep them forever. Once of them is s temporary cert and will keep your website secured for two days.

To configure your SSL copy the CSR (Certificate signing request) and paste it into the large box.
The server type should stay the same.
Fill the below forms
Then hit submit.
The certificate will now be processing. Once you receive it via email you can then install it.

To install SSL login to hsphere > web options.
Under SSL hit the little pencil.
Paste the CSR into the first box, RSA key (or private key) into the second box. And the cert you received in the third.

Hit install, then wait a few minutes and your site will be secured.
