New Relic for Dedicated Server, VPS, and IaaS Cloud VM customers

All Physical Server customers, VPS customers and Cloud IaaS VM customers will now see a New Relic Tab option in their respective services screen within your https://accounts.cartika.com

When you click on the New Relic tab, if you see a generic New Relic logo and text with contact us, it means 1 of the following

1) As per article above, New Relic data right now is only available for customers with Managed Services (any management level of "basic" management or higher).  In the future, as per the article above, we will be making this data available for pure IaaS customers (reactive management/self managed)

2) if you have some level of management services on your server or vm, and still do not see data, please contact us so that we can link your server/vm within accounts.cartika.com to your server/vm New Relic stats

its possible there are other issues with displaying New Relic data within accounts.cartika.com - so, please just contact us if you have a managed server or VM and are not seeing the new relic data

If you can view New Relic data when you click on the tab, you can navigate to the notifications tab, and configure a custom email to notify in case of specific events.  As of today, we notify, via daily digest, the accounts primary email account address (you can change this to a different custom email address or email list).  You can also set instant notifications if you prefer.  As of now, our system will notify you if RAM, CPU or any disk partition reaches and/or exceeds 80%.  In the future, we will add further notification options and additional configuration options here
