Email Delay

If you have noticed delays when receiving emails of a few hours to a few days the mail may be getting caught in the spam filter due to greylisting.
How to load up spamexperts and check for greylisting :

-log in into hsphere account > navigate to mail > spamexperts > log into spamexperts

-run a query on the inbound log
