Commencing Monday June the 19th 2017, Cartika will be performing a series of upgrades on our backend Bacula4 platform
These upgrades involve a major software version upgrade, along with several backend infrastructure upgrades.
Cartika will automatically update all customers servers with the newest required agents and normal backups will continue and be managed as always
Cartika BaaS customers will automatically have their linux servers updated with the latest packages, assuming the SSH key was chosen to be installed.
Cartika BaaS customers with Windows servers, or Linux servers without SSH keys installed will also be required to press the upgrade icon beside each server within your BaaS service at accounts.cartika.com and enter in their administrator username and password to complete updating the agent
We appreciate your patience during this upgrade process and customers will see intermittent availability of the backup service ranging from a few minutes to 1-2 hours at a time.
