Can I use Blackberry to access my email? Is there an extra cost?

The BlackBerry Internet Service, or BIS, allows BlackBerry users to
access the Internet and POP3/IMAP email accounts without connecting
through a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). This is independent of
the ISP or web host providing the email service. BES connects to
messaging and collaboration software (Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino,
Novell GroupWise) on enterprise networks to synchronize email and PIM
information between desktop and mobile software.

There is no additional fee imposed by Cartika for using BIS, but
depending on the data plan, users may incur fees from their wireless
carrier. We don't provide BES service.
