For some reason on Windows based PC's the newer OpenVPN client will cause disconnects quite frequently. I experienced this after updating the OpenVPN client and I know others have this problem. If you experience please take the following steps:


1) login at Login to: https://vpn1.hspheredns.com:8443/client  and download your profile "client.ovpn"
2) download the attached file goodvpn.zip on this post
3) uninstall OpenVPN from your computer and reboot
4) extract the .exe file in the downloaded zip file and run as Administrator
5) after install start the program and right click on the OpenVPN program in your system tray (by clock etc) and import the client.ovpn profile


This should solve your disconnects.
