SSL was the last real requirement for a dedicated IP, but, with v4 depletion, the technology was built (SNI) to accommodate SSL without a dedicated IP in order to conserve millions of IPs used for ssl in shared environments

as such, Cartika does not offer dedicated IPs within our Plesk shared/reseller hosting accounts
