Finding new A Records for Hsphere Migrated Accounts

Finding "A" Records for newly migrated accounts. 
 
If you have been sent a notice that you are required to change a DNS entry, please follow the below steps to find the correct IP address to update the "A" record for the domain. 

 
  1. Login to the Hsphere control panel. Direct Cartika clients can do this at http://cp.cartikahosting.com/
  2. Navigate to Domain Settings > Domain Info




























 3. Select the domain name you need to manage, and click the edit icon




4. Once the domain is selected, click on "DNS Configuration"




5. The new IP address to update the DNS "A" record is now displayed. 


6.  Update the "A" record at the DNS host you are using. Wait for propagation. 

7. That's it!
