1.
When mail1.domain.com is moving to mail2.domain.com,
DNS will be changed and all the emails will be moved to the new mail server (mail2.domain.com).

After 24 hours, any mail that was sent to the
old server (mail1.domain.com) will be migrated to the new server (mail2.domain.com).
3.
Configuration/Settings from the old server (mail1.domain.com) will be deleted.
4. The migration process is now complete.
IMPORTANT: If you are having issues connecting to your email account or emails are not sending or receiving, you need to change your Incoming and Outgoing mail server from old server (mail1.domain.com) to the new server (mail2.domain.com)
OUTGOING SERVER
SMTP Server (Outgoing Server): mail2.domain.com
Port: 25 or 587
INCOMING SERVER
IMAP Server (Incoming Server):mail2.domain.com
Port: 143 or 993
POP3 Server (Incoming Server): mail2.domain.com
Port: 110 or 995
