Outlook 2007 - POP3/IMAP Setup
Under the Tools menu, go to Account Settings
Select the E-mail tab, and click New
Select Microsoft Exchange, POP, IMAP, or HTTP, and click Next
Under Auto Account Setup, check "Manually configure server settings or additional types" and click Next
Select "Internet e-mail" and click Next
Enter your information:
Your name: enter your full name
E-mail address: enter your e-mail address
Account type: POP3
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.tld
Outgoing mail server: (same as incoming)
Username: enter your full e-mail address
Password: enter your password
Click the More Settings button
Click the Outgoing Servers tab
Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and make sure
that "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected
Click the Advanced Tab
Change Outgoing Server (SMTP) to 587
Click OK, then Next, then Finish
