Setting up Microsoft Exchange Reseller

Setting up Microsoft Exchange Reseller

Here is a complete document for how to resell Microsoft Exchange services as a Cartika Hsphere Reseller

1) Signup for an Exchange Reseller Account

here:

https://accounts.car...exchange-cloud/

** Please Note - Hsphere/cPanel reseller customers do not pay the $10 monthly fee for the Microsoft Exchange Reseller account and this amount will be removed from your invoice and all recurring invoices

2) Contact Us so that we can link your Exchange Reseller Account to your Hsphere Reseller Account

here:

https://cartikasupport.com/helpdesk/

we will:

1) remove the $10 account charge from your Exchange Reseller Account
2) Link your new Exchange Account to your Hsphere Reseller Account so that you can log into your WebSitePanel Exchange account from your Hsphere Reseller Account

The login to Exchange from Hsphere is found under:

Hsphere Reseller Account E. Manager> 3rd Party Tools > DNP > Reseller Settings

Before your Account is Linked, you will see the following

You are now all setup and configured to create Exchange Accounts for your customers and you can log into your Exchange Reseller Account from within your Hsphere Reseller Account.

You can also log into your Exchange Reseller Panel from our Management Portal where you signup for the Exchange Reseller Account and where we bill you for your Exchange + BES usage.

At this point, everything is done and you can use whatever billing system you prefer to bill your customers for their Exchange usage.

For Hsphere Reseller Customers who want to bill their customers for Exchange user directly from Hsphere, please follow the steps below
