Spam Experts Mail Stuck in Queue
If you are finding that mail is getting stuck in your Spam Experts Incoming Delivery queue for several hours, the most likely cause is that you have another spam filter enabled on your server.
The most common secondary spam filter is located in the hsphere control panel in the Mail Manager section and the easiest way to disable it is to click the red 'X' for all Antispams.
