You don't have permission to send to "certain .distribution"

While trying to send an email to a certain distribution you might come across the error "You don't have permission to send to (.distribution)"

Please follow these steps to change the restriction on the certain distribution group :

In Exchange Console, find Distribution Group, select properties, next Mail Flow Settings Tab, and Message Delivery Restrictions. 

Accept messages from

If you have selected Only senders in the following list...., select All senders
