Activating SpamExperts for a domain - inbound spam/av filtering

Spamexperts is an enterprise grade spam and av email filtering solution. It provides customers daily digests they can manage, extensive log searching of inbound emails, advanced whitelist/blacklist management and generally a much better mail filtering experience then can be had with the default spamassassin and clamav utilized by hsphere

PLEASE NOTE - ALL HSPHERE SHARED/RESELLER CUSTOMERS HAVE ALL OF THEIR OUTBOUND EMAIL AUTOMATICALLY FILTERED AND SCRUBBED BY SPAMEXPERTS

To activate SpamExperts for inbound filtering - please do the following

1) log into the hsphere account
2) navigate to mail info tab > spamexperts
3) press activate (turn on) spamexperts for the mail domain you wish to work with
4) follow the prompts and if the domain is pointing to our nameservers (or if you are a reseller, to your nameservers), all dns records will be created automatically (click ok to proceed) and mail will start flowing through spamexperts immediately, with all email flowing through spamexperts over the next 24-48 hours as the new records propogate throughout the internet (during DNS resolution, all email will be delivered, but, some email may go directly to the mailserver and bipass spamexperts filtering during this time)

users can then navigate here and click to log into spamexperts and manage various aspects of spamfiltering.  users can also examine incoming mail logs if they feel they have lost an email or wish to track a specific email sent to them

FOR RESELLERS

- if spamexperts does not appear in your end users hsphere account under mail info tab > please edit your corresponding plan and include the spamexperts service (page 1) and set a price per domain for your customer if you plan on charging for this through hsphere (page 2). please note, reseller price for spamexperts inbound email filtering is $1/month/DOMAIN
