Client is reporting that email is being sent
from their domain that they did not send. essentially, email addresses
are being spoofed.

We have a mechanism to protect our users from this sort of activity
call SPF (Sender Policy Framework). You can read about SPF here:

http://spf.pobox.com/

You can activate SPF protection on your domains by logging into your
control panel, selecting mail info, selecting the mail domain you wish
to work with from the drop down menu (if you only have 1 domain, it is
set by default to that domain), clicking of the "off" button beside
spf to turn it on, select "fail" as spf prefix mechanism, select
apply option to all domain aliases and press submit. Allow 24 hours for
propogation of the service (it will not affect mail delivery), and
users receiving "spoofed" emails will either be notified that the
message is a forgery, or, may not receive the message at all.
