            How to setup email account Mac OS/X (

            1 ) Open the application from the dock menu, alternatively you can find in the Applications folder.

            2 ) If you do not see the "Welcome to Mail" assistant menu usually when
            you first start mail application, choose "Add Account" from the
   file menu

            3 ) Fill in the Full Name, Email Address, and Password. The email
            account password is saved in Mac Keychain, which allows you to
            automatically login to the email account without having to re-type it
            on launch.

            4 ) Choose the Account Type POP, IMAP.

            5 ) In Description box, You may give your email account a useful
            description such as John's Sales Account. It's description can be
            customized however you like.

            6 ) Enter the incoming Mail Server:, username:, password for

            7 ) Enter the outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server details. You may provide a
            description such as John's Sales Account, select the outgoing mail
            server as from drop down or enter it in as such.

            Make sure "Use Authentication" option is selected, and input user name as:, Password for

            8 ) Verify all settings are correct on this page, and make sure to
            check mark "Take Account Online". Click "Create" to complete email
            account creation process.
