Creating RDP user under Windows
in Order to create RDP user account under windows , RDP to the server/vm
Open Server Manager > hover tools > click on 'Computer Management' > click on users&groups > click on users > right click on it to create a new user > and click on user > enter his requested info here, e.g. (username & password)
**while creating username uncheck the option 'Usermust change passwd at next logon' and then hit on create button
Then :
Right click on the newly created username in the users list > properties > click on Member of > then click on the add button > Type "Remote Desktop Users" to create an object > click on OK button
